The neighbors on this quiet street are more of a family than just neighbors. They interact with each other like relatives. They take care of each other. They squawk and squabble at times just like all families do – but there is loyalty - and love such as it is. They accept each other for whoever and however they may be. They are all good people. When Walter, a shy, socially inept man who has recently lost his mom, announces that he's getting married, there is reason to celebrate, or IS there?
